What types of hot yoga are there?

Hot Yoga: The healer. As explained before Cutillas, consists of a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that are developed in an hour and a half in a static manner. Its effects are, mainly, that it heals and stretches the whole body working at 42 degrees.

Flow Hot Yoga: The strengthener. It differs from the rest of the disciplines in which it is practiced in movement, in a dynamic way. “We are dancing from posture to posture using the 87 that exist, strengthening each muscle and raising our own weight, the movement is medicine for our organism and the room is at 38 degrees”, explains the expert.

Hatha Hot: The balancer. Classical classes in which the traditional order of a class in India is respected with breaths, greetings in the sun and changing sequences. Through postures, blockages located in parts of the body or mind are eliminated in order to release and let the energy flow, at a temperature of 35 degrees.

Yin Yoga: The relaxing one. The goal of the postures is to eliminate stress as well as strengthen and massage the tissues of the joint and those that protect it. To do this, they are made on the ground and kept for prolonged periods of time, and in stillness, at 25 degrees.
