Banana:

It contains an appreciable amount of vitamins A, B, E which give radiance to our skin. Just mash the banana or grind it, make a thick paste. This can be applied to the face and rinsed off after 20min. They make the skin soft and lighten blemishes.

Lemon:

It contains vitamins C and helps to get rid of dead cells. It reduces skin dryness. It can also apply to the hairs, which help to remove dandruff from the scalp and also reduces greasy from the scalp. It is one of the skin brightening agents. You can also apply lemon and sugar mixture on your face, leave it for 15min and rinse off.

Cucumber:

It contains slightly bleaching properties that can help you in getting rid of skin tanning and skin complexion. You can make cucumber paste which is helpful in skin burns. Grate the cucumber and squeeze the juice. Dab it on your skin with clean cotton balls and wash your face in 10minutes. You will notice the flawless skin glow.

Honey:

Honey is very good for cleansing, it makes the skin soft, healthy, reduce acne and blemishes. Apply it direct on your face, leave it for 10-15minutes, wash it with lukewarm water. It also makes your skin soft, supple, hydrate the skin. It is one of the best skin brightening agents.

Coconut Oil:

This is best for very dry and dull skin. It protects or nourishes your skin with essential fatty acids. It gives you tremendous glowing skin by applying it every night before going to bed. Massage few minutes in gentle circular motion and leave it overnight for effective results.

Olive Oil:

It gives natural shine, repair the skin cells, make it healthy and glowing. Take drops of olive oil, apply it on your face, neck and gently massage your skin. It nourishes the skin, repair damaged cells. Do this twice a week before going to bed. It also maintains the elasticity of the skin, reverses the sign of aging, gives the face a radiant glow. 

Papaya:

Papaya extract improves the quality of skin texture. It provides an effective cleaning action. Regular applications of papaya, you can also get rid of blemishes sustained from acne. It also helps in skin rejuvenation, also removes the top layer of dead cells on the face and provides the unmistakable glow.

Orange Peel:

It also contains vitamin C and citric acid like lemon. It also refreshes the skin, relieves it from acne. Grind the peel, mix it with rose water and glycerin, apply it on your face, leave it 15 minutes and rinse off. It firms your skin and gives the natural younger glow.

You can also eat fruits, green leafy vegetables, cereals and drink a lot of water as much as you can, which gives you essentials vitamins, minerals and proteins and maintain the health of your skin from inside and outside. So these tricks to get glowing skin i.e. you can exfoliate, moisturize, hydrate, yoga, exercise it on the daily basis, and take a good sleep as well.
